8. Cooling line
Potato chips will have a certain amount of heat after being blanched and will stick together. 9. Air-drying dehydrator (Air trunk line)

The high-pressure wind of the fan cools the food and blows the surface moisture to the air. The air nozzle is like a wind knife, which effectively improves The air volume pressure can blow away or evaporate the moisture of the potato chips in a short time, which can effectively prevent the oily phenomenon during frying and shorten the frying time.
10. Frying line
The whole frying line is made of stainless steel, which is strong and durable, and can control the temperature freely. Electric heating, coal heating, and gas heating are adopted. The thermal efficiency is over 95%, which saves energy. It is equipped with a fully automatic oil filter to remove slag. There is no carbonized oil in the oil, and the oil will not turn black. It has a long service life. The film has bright color and good taste, which improves the product grade.
11. Cooling deoiling line
The fried potato chips are conveyed by the mesh belt and quickly cooled by the high-pressure wind of the fan, and the surface oil is blown off. The air nozzle is shaped like a wind knife, which effectively increases the air pressure and makes the oil of the material potato chips blow out in a short time , The equipment is equipped with an oil pan. 12. Picking line (conveyor)

13. Seasoning line
The equipment is equipped with a lifting device. The top of the drum is equipped with a hopper, and the seasoning is evenly and continuously sprinkled into the drum. The potato chips are seasoned and mixed by the rotation of the drum. There is a mesh at the outlet, and the remaining seasoning can be screened out and collected for reuse. 14. Automatic packaging machine
The packaging material uses roll film, and the machine automatically makes bags with upper seal, lower seal and back seal.
