Main machine- High-efficiency single screw extruder
The screw is with barrier & mixing head; the barrel is a new model with slotting (channel). Both guarantee the good jellification, large output and stable performance of the extruder.
Straight cylinder section of the pipe die makes the pipe wall smooth and uniform;
Dutst-free planetary cutting machine
It adopts the blade punching principle to realize no-dust cutting. It is mainly composed of the cutting device, the clamping device, the synchronous movement device and the frame.
The complete line is controlled by PLC, with a good human-machine interface, all technical parameters could be set and indicated by touching the screen. The controlling system is designed according to the customer's requirement.
